We Love What We Do
We believe that most of life’s learning including how to learn- occurs in the first five years of life. Since each child learns at his/her own pace, our staff will look to each child to determine the next stage of development. This “can do” approach is the basis of our philosophy for the center. This “can do” viewpoint allows our little ones to grow to become confident and enjoy success in an atmosphere of respect, warmth and love.
Religion
Sandcastle Kids is not church-based child care, however, we do recognize that Christian upbringing is very beneficial to children. This helps children learn ethics and the differences between right and wrong. We promote prayers before meals, recognize Christian Holidays and read bible stories.
Confidentiality
Records and information of children are confidential. All files may not leave the office area without approval. Employees are not permitted to discuss children or families with other families or outside of work.
Morals
We believe that children should be cared for in a loving, and nurturing environment. We do not allow the use of foul language or off-color remarks
