Sandcastle Kids Tuition Rates

Definitions
Full-Time
Up to 5 days per week. Up to 10 hours per day.
Part-Time
3 days per week.
Drop-In
$12/hr regardless of age and 2-hour minimum. You may also be charged this hourly rate if you go over your 10-hour daily limit.
Extra Charges/Fees
No Show Charge:
$30 for no call/no shows. A phone call is required when your child will not be attending.
After Hours:
$1 per minute will be charged after 5:30 pm
Late Fee:
10% of your past due balance will be charged on the 1st of every month. No further care will be provided after the 5th.
Over Hours charge:
Maxed allowed hours per day is 10 hrs. After the 10th hour, you will be charged at a rate of $10/hr for additional hours.
Safety and Security
At Sandcastle Kids, our main goal is to provide quality care when you are not there. We know that your child's experiences here will affect their future. Due to our smaller class sizes, each child receives more individual attention. We require your child to be checked in and out on the Brightwheel app. This app is key to keeping everyone safe and informed on how their day is going. Privacy is a big deal, records and information of children are confidential. All files may not leave the office area without approval. Employees are not permitted to discuss children or families with other families or outside of work. Your child's safety is our number one priority.
